1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all inquiries, offers and purchases made through this website or through a personal checkout link provided after inquiry.

2. Product character

UNREST is a limited art-furniture object. It is positioned between furniture, collectible design object and sculptural interior piece.

The object is produced with a transparent outer shell, visible white bead filling, red zipper line and black flag label. Slight variations in shape, surface tension, wrinkles, filling distribution and appearance may occur due to the flexible nature of the material.

3. Edition

UNREST is limited to 50 numbered pieces worldwide. Each piece is individually numbered and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.

4. Inquiry process

The product is available by private inquiry. Submitting an inquiry does not create a binding purchase agreement.

After receiving an inquiry, availability, edition number, production timeline, shipping destination and shipping costs are confirmed individually.

5. Conclusion of contract

A purchase contract is concluded only when the customer accepts an individual offer or completes payment through a personal checkout link or invoice.

6. Prices

All prices are stated in euros.

Shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes or additional local fees are not included unless expressly stated otherwise.

7. Payment

Available payment methods are shown during checkout or stated in the invoice.

The product remains the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

8. Production and availability

Unless otherwise stated, pieces may be made to order. Production timelines are communicated individually after inquiry.

9. Shipping

International shipping is available. Shipping costs are quoted individually depending on destination, packaging requirements and carrier availability.

10. Customs and import duties

For deliveries outside Germany or outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or local fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless expressly agreed otherwise.

11. Use and care

The product is intended for indoor use only. It should be kept away from sharp objects, heat sources and open flame. The filling system should not be opened.

12. Right of withdrawal

Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are provided in the Cancellation Policy.

If a product is individually customized or made according to customer specifications, special rules may apply. This must be reviewed individually.

13. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

14. Limitation of liability

Liability is governed by statutory law.

15. Governing law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions of the customer’s country of residence provide otherwise.

16. Final provisions

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
